Fox Valley Hobbys offers the following Returns Policy: All products purchased at Fox Valley Hobbys may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within 5 business days of the purchase.
The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:
- All products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
- Refunds are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.
